Shipping guidelines

1. Free premium shipping

We are pleased to offer free, insured premium shipping within Europe (including Germany, Austria, and Switzerland) for all our automatic coffee machines. There are no hidden fees or delivery charges.

2. Processing time

All orders will be processed as quickly as possible:

  • Orders received before 2 pm on weekdays (Monday to Friday) are usually processed and handed over to our shipping partner on the same day.
  • Orders received on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order has been shipped.

3. Delivery times

Our standard delivery times after dispatch are:

  • Germany: 1-3 working days
  • Austria & Switzerland: 2-4 working days
  • Rest of Europe: 3-7 working days

Please note that these delivery times are estimates. External circumstances such as extreme weather conditions, holidays, or unforeseen delays with shipping providers may affect the delivery time.

4. Shipment tracking

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this link to track your delivery status at any time on our shipping partner's website. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated in the system.

5. Undeliverable packages & incorrect addresses

Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and correct when placing your order (including house number, company name, etc.).

  • Should a package be returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we reserve the right to charge the buyer for the reshipping costs.
  • If the package cannot be left with a neighbor or a post office and is returned to the sender, we will contact you for another delivery attempt.

6. Damage in transit or lost packages

Your order is fully insured during transport. Should your package arrive damaged, please document the damage immediately with photos and contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@melloa.shop .

If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered, but you have not received it, please contact us. We will immediately initiate an investigation with the shipping provider.
